Where do you buy Pokemon cards
I have recently went to a Flea Market and bought some Pokemon cards, they turned out to be fake. So where do you buy legit Pokemon cards? Is Pokeorder also legit or just a scam? Put your thought and comments on where you buy cards.

RE: Where do you buy Pokemon cards
You can find legit cards at the following stores: Wal-mart, Target, K-mart, and if i'm correct Toys'r'us

although there can be some other places as i don't play with the cards anymore

note that any cards that you buy come in card board box shaped packaging with a great amount of cards at a low price will most likely be fake (rub the back of the card and if it has a somewhat rough texture it will most likely fake) trust me i have bought those same exact cards at swap-meets and they are always fake.

RE: Where do you buy Pokemon cards
Yeah, you can buy packs of like 9 cards or a box with like 4 card packs in it at Toys "r" us.

I think you can buy at GameStop aswell, I'm not sure.
Nevermind, they don't sell.

RE: Where do you buy Pokemon cards
Toys R Us is the best place to get them as they always have them. Amazon is also really good if you buy new and not used. I don't generally trust e-bay but I guess you might be able to get some good stuff there too. I've heard Walmart sells them but around here I don't see any in the local ones so..I also like to buy some from pokemon TCG sites; that's a little risky but I only buy from users who have high reps and so far so good.

RE: Where do you buy Pokemon cards
I rarely buy cards anymore, the only time I do so is either to get certain single cards (so eBay for singles), or WalMart when I want to get promos because of their repacks and promo sets. Some dollar stores will carry repacks for fairly cheap, though rarely include rares (last time I got one for a friend though it had a holo Celebi). With flea markets and secondhand shops it's always buyer beware, keep in mind.

RE: Where do you buy Pokemon cards
I buy cards either at my local hobby shop (Wings, Wheels, and Waves, but it's only local to Akron/Canton Ohio), or at Trollandtoad.com. Troll and Toad is a great website dealing all the major and minor TCGs, as well as play supplies. They have great prices for singles, packs, and boxes. I've never had a bad buy with them, and I believe they will buy cards from registered users as well.

RE: Where do you buy Pokemon cards
Well, I bought mine at the mall. They would have vending machines that sold only cards, Pokemon, Basketball, Baseball, ect. Check your local mall :)

you could try Amazon. i've bought legit cards from there before. not exactly Pokemon cards but cards nonetheless. Target's a good place too.

RE: Where do you buy Pokemon cards
it all really depends on what youre looking for, if its packs. or starters, just about any major store like wal mart target shopko or kmart has them but if youre looking for singles the first place you should always check is your local card shop, because without you they wouldnt be in business but if they dont have it i usually use trollandtoad or ebay as my last resort.
