Does anyone know any good HM slaves for pokemon white? And if you need them throughout the game, im hoping for one that can use fly, surf and waterfall at least? thanks!

Ducklett can learn Fly, Surf and Dive, but not Waterfall. If you want a Pokemon who can learn all the HM, try Mew.

Or you can use Rufflet (Cut, Strength, Fly) and Frillish (Waterfall, Surf, Dive, Flash).

EV stands for effort values, they can give bonus stats of up to 63 (before applying the nature benefits). IV stands for individual values, 31 is the highest bonus default stats a Pokemon can have. A Pokemon with 31 IVs in all of its respective stats are known as a Flawless Pokemon.

You complete the Black/White Dex, nothing much.

For leveling up, it would be the Elite Four or Route 15, in my opinion.

You can't get Meloetta, Keldo and Genesect legally, unless you use a hack.

You need to migrate the Pokémon from Emerald to HG via and older DS/lite.
To set up you need to have beaten HG and gotten the National Dex.
On Emerald you need to have made sure you have six Pokémon, and they cannot have HM's.
Save, and put Emerald into the GBA slot of your DS.
In the same DS, load up HeartGold, and click migrate.
Select your six Pokémon and then when it's done transferring they will no long be on your Emerald game.
Next you go to the Pal Park and catch your Pokémon.

The Pokémon CANNOT have HM's.

I hope I helped. :)

he said he had his emerald game on his computer, as a rom played by an emulator.

You can't put your game in your DS then. you can't migrate pokemon from the computer to your game

RE: Frequently Asked Questions / Questions and Answers Thread
Just wondering, I'm looking to try IV-breeding so I can raise some 'mons with flawless in some stats. But it is normally recommended to have parents with the desirable IV[s] to pass down.
How exactly do I get the parents ?
Do I just keep catching 'mons and hoping that some of them have good IV[s] or what?

Now a days, people tend to RNG their pokemon, so, the IVs of the parents wouldn't really matter, but, if you do go about IV breeding the hard way, it's recommended to have at least one parent to have a flawless stat in the section you want. Having a flawless ditto always help as well.

RE: Frequently Asked Questions / Questions and Answers Thread
I have a more in-depth question about Cloned Mon's.

Stated earlier in the thread is that a pokemon cloned from a legit pokemon is also legit, and is safe, but I just want to clarify that point a little more thoroughly. Basically, how does the clone work, how is it created, and if you end up with a clone of a hacked pokemon, will it still affect your save file?

I'm basically worried about getting a clone in a trade. I know that it's probably a good idea to avoid any pokemon listed as Lvl 100, especially if it is a legendary or a common type, or a Legendary or hard to obtain pokemon at a low level, as they're probably hacked. (As well as the three Gen V mon's that have yet to be released, all those currently available are hacked.)

Hacked Pokemon Never Effect your save file, the only chance it can effect your file if you're the one hacking them.

To go more in depth, they only affect your game in a negative way if you mess up or do things too out of the ordinary.

Hacking is, well hacking. It's breaking the structure to get what you normally don't. So, it's always a variation to your save if you're hacking. But really, you can't be negatively affected by a hacked pokemon that is traded to you. (At least to my knowledge)

RE: Frequently Asked Questions / Questions and Answers Thread
So the only problem I could encounter if I got a hacked pokemon through a trade is that the pokemon might be unusable because of a bad hack, but it wouldn't affect my save file?

RE: Frequently Asked Questions / Questions and Answers Thread
That is correct.

It most likely won't be unusable.

I'm pretty sure it means it'll delete your Friend Code, Pal Pad, Saved Wi-Fi battles, and basically anything to do with Wi-Fi.

That pretty much means you're entering the Wi-Fi room with a different DS from when you first came into the room. Like, say, I have a black DS and I go in the Wi-Fi room with Soul Silver. Now, I lost my black DS and have a white one (completely new DS). I then use Soul Silver and go into the Wi-Fi room. That message you're getting will pop out because I didn't enter the room using the same DS. As Silver Skarmory said, it will delete anything having to do with WiFi, but, besides that, it won't really harm your game- not that I'm aware of.

Well, from my experiences, no, you don't need the national dex to trade between games. Of course, that depends on the game. Like, say, I started a brand new game on Platinum and have my Soul Silver just laying there. I can trade between the two without having the national dex. I'm not sure about how things are done in Black and White though. I do know you have to transfer them via that weird game in a building on route 15 (only implies to trading from 5G game (black and white) to 4G game (D/P/Pt/SS/HG)).
