It seems to have lost its main IP - we're escalating to Tech Support.

Unfortunate news, while they were trying to figure out the issue, they reinstalled the OS which erased everything without clear & proper authorization from us.
We lost everything on it. We do have an old back up from 2015, but that means a lot of PO usernames created since that update will be missing, a long with any server side changes.
We've discontinued service with this host, and registered with a new one. We hope to get the new server online soon.

New PO server is up, stability is unknown, we'll have to test it out for a bit. Please find it on the PO servers list.

I don't see it there.
EDIT: Just saw it come up, though it wont let me log in, keeps telling me I am using the wrong password.

It's from an old back up, so your GTS passwords might not be synchronized. Change your Password on the User CP and it will sync it up.

I missed one thing to update - please try updating your password again.
Additionally, users may have extra PO usernames appearing in their User CP now.
