Rate My Goal Team
This is the team I'm currently working on making, I'd appreciate any advice on what might need to be changed before i get too far along in the breeding.

(Arcanine) (M) @ Weakness Policy

Are you making this for singles or for doubles? Regardless, here are my suggestions.

Dewgong: Having Sheer Cold as it's only attack isn't a very good idea, regardless most places banning OHKO moves. Ice Beam or Surf would be better options.

Raichu: Charge Beam and Thunder seem very much like you're wasting a moveslot. Charge Beam is quite a weak move and Raichu isn't the bulkiest pokemon. You're probably better off just running Thunderbolt. Or even using Pikachu, since with Light Ball, Pikachu actually has higher offensive stats.

Leafeon: Shell Bell is really, really bad. Leftovers recovers a ton more HP per turn.

Dewgong - besides what Flaming Flannery said about sheer cold being banned, protect wouldn't work well
with that set as if sleep talk selects protect, I think it would just fail. So that means that sleep talk has a
1/3 chance of picking a move that wouldn't fail (sheer cold; rest and protect would fail) and in that 1/3
chance, a 305 chance of sheer cold actually hitting. That leaves you with a (correct me if I'm wrong) about
10% chance of doing something productive that turn. Instead, may I recommend hydration as the ability +
rain dance? With hydration, If it is raining, dewgong will wake up from rest at the end of the turn. But Flaming Flannery said it best; Sheer cold would probably be banned - use ice beam or surf instead.

Steelix - Why not give it stealth rocks? You have no entry hazards on that team and entry hazards are amazing. Also your steelix appears to know five moves including U-turn (I know that's probably a typo)

Also your team needs a rapid spinner/defogger to remove stealth rocks as arcanine, pidgeot and dewgong get REK'T by stealth rocks. Is this a UU team? If so, a good rapid spinner could be blastoise, tentacruel( also having access to entry hazards), forretress (again, entry hazards galore on this guy), one of the hitmons or (this is my bias towards my FAVE pokemon) Why not try a sandslash?
