RE: First doubles team and Help on last pokemon
I would suggest Milotic having Marvel Scale and a Flame Orb. Also a moveset of Aqua Ring, Scald, Ice Beam/Blizzard, and Recover. It is quite bulky. Rather than spam Protect, you could Recover in case of Protect failing or your opponent having access to the Infiltrator ability.

Aegislash would fare well as is, but personally I would go with Brave nature. Moves would be Shadow Sneak for mind games, Wide Guard/Swords Dance depending on your approach, King's Shield, and Gyro Ball. Let it hold a Macho Brace to maximize the potential for Gyro Ball, for the slower you are in contrast to the opponent the more in your damage output.

If you choose to keep things as they are, then good onya.
Seems like a solid setup, altogether, to me.

RE: First doubles team and Help on last pokemon
Considering you have a sand rush Excadrill and an Aegislash, I would probably add a Jolly Dragon Dance Tyranitar...with Sand Stream, of course...but taking weather into account I would probably exchange Ludicolo for another mon. Maybe a Protean, Timid, Mat Block Greninja...or another steel/rock/ground type. Possibly something with a benefitting ability like Sand Force or Sand Veil, since you already have Sand Rush.

Scizor is a most solid choice, whether you decide to go Rain Dance or keep Sandstorm; it can benefit from the both. An adamant Scizor with technician that is holding a metronome is one I would always suggest. A move set of Fury Cutter, Bullet Punch, Swords Dance, and Baton Pass will be an all around option for most teams. You would have a momentum based mon that can act as a sweeper with Bullet Punch. If there are no threats of fire, I have managed to crank off 3 Swords Dances, and a spamming of Fury Cutter...invincible? No, but each hit connected will devastate...seeing as how technician powers weak moves, a metronome powers a move the more it is spammed, and Fury Cutter's power doubles with each consecutive use.

I apologize for the jumbled information, but I am a bit out of it to properly organize my information...i do hope that I was able to help. Just because I hyped Scizor doesn't mean that it is a must use btw lol. Best of luck with building up your double team. I would be happy to help with any questions I could help you with.

To be honest I already have a greninja build protean for singles but his build would probably work for doubles aswell for changing ludicolo

Scizor is my 2nd favourite pokemon so your suggestion seems very good and I am liking the thought of making him an addition too my team

Maybe have less Protects spread across the team and more multi-target moves as well. Like have a mon with earthquake teamed up beside your Salamence for example, and you've got this.
