There is nothing offensive in your list of earned reputation comments.
Oh I see he chickened out and edited it out to be more formal. I have a witness though jmw489 she saw it and told me.
No he didn't. Users can't edit Rep.
Users can update or delete the reputation they've given to others.
Regardless, it is not offensive at this point and hearsay unfortunately is not enough to warrant infractions.
In the future a screen shot sent to one of us (Staff) of the offending message or if it is a PM simply forward it to a staff member and we will be able to look into it fully.
