If you're using Internet explorer, then change your browser. Internet Explorer isn't supported by the site. (You should upgrade anyway, Internet Explorer is a slow browser, that's unstable and full of security holes).

As Fish stated, IE is going to be your problem if that's the browser you're using.
Features such as the Music Station and the games are verified as working in every browser except IE. For some reason it just can't handle the coding on those features, and since it's the only non-working browser in those regards, it just doesn't make sense to try and make the coding work.
Personally, I suggest Firefox or Chrome.
