Some people are confused which are happening first, so I'll lay this out.

Right now it's 3rd Quarter 2010.

3rd Quarter 2010 - Shoddy
4th Quarter 2010 - Wi-Fi
1st Quarter 2011 - Shoddy
2nd Quarter 2011 - Wi-Fi
3rd Quarter 2011 - Shoddy
4th Quarter 2011 - Wi-Fi

See the trend?

Two per year, one rotating per quarter of the year.
Shoddy goes first because it doesn't require any grinding or leveling to get the Pokemon ready.

We opened Wi-Fi recruiting early so teams can get their poke-teams ready by 4th Quarter.

i dont understand, also i'd like to know if my team is in then i know that i'm not getting my team riled up for them not to be able to compete, my team is really looking forward to this competition, i'd really like to be able to battle, i have spent a week EV training pokemon, i started before the league was established, because i wanted to be a gts gym, but if i can do this, i'd like to not be a gym, theres a balance you see.

And second, you're being too impatient.

Wi-Fi is not happening until a few months later.
We're giving a few days for other teams to come to the site and see the notice.

If you're that impatient, then my answer is no.
I already said this is not based on first come first serve basis.

If you continue to act so immature, then you shouldn't be in the League at all.
