Global Trade Station

Welcome!!
This is my first tourney i have ever made. So if it looks bad or if i am missing things, please feel free to tell me! I am open to suggestions =D






1. You must have either Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver, with WiFi capabilities to enter.

2. You must have a team of six Pokemon, not including the following:

Mewtwo, Mew, Wynaut, Wobbuffet, Lugia, Ho-oh, Latios, Latias, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Garchomp, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Manaphy, Sky Forme Shaymin, Darkrai, Arceus

3. All basic clauses will be in effect. That's Sleep, Evasion, OHKO, Hax Item, and Species Clauses:

Sleep Clause: No two Pokemon of the same side should be asleep at the same time. Exceptions being Rest, and "no other choice" situations(ie. Effect Spore ability, or getting Encored on Hypnosis). Also of note is that while allowed in the singles, the use of Dark Void in a doubles match is not.

Evasion Clause: No use of moves that alter the ability to hit with attacks. This includes Flash, Double Team, & Sand-Attack. This does not include Acupressure and Metronome, which could randomly increase evasiveness.

OHKO Clause: No using Guillotine, Horn Drill, Fissure, or Sheer Cold. Destiny Bond and Perish Song are allowed, however.

Hax Item Clause: No using hold items that rely on luck. Hax Items include Lax Incense, King's Rock, Brightpowder, Razor Claw, Scope Lens, and Quick Claw.

Species Clause: No two Pokemon of the same species on the same team. This does not apply to those in the same evolutionary line(ie. you can't have two Alakazam, but you can have an Alakazam and a Kadabra).


4. After a battle, both the winner and loser must post here with the results. If both members start to argue for some odd reason, both will be kicked out of the tourney.

5. This will be a Level 100 set match. Even if your pokemon isn't level 100, it will automatic be set to 100 in wifi.

6. If there is a draw, then another battle may take place. In you are both on your last pokemon, DO NOT USE SELFDESTURCT OR EXPLOSION. You will be tossed out.

7. NO HACKED POKEMON!! Even legal hacks are not allowed. I put lots of time and effort into making my pokemon perfect or near perfect. I hope you do the same.






And as for the start date, it will be when we have a full roster.
I will announce and send out pms when it starts!

BEWARE: I will decide who is on this roster or not. It may sounds bias, but there are limited spots and i want the best to enter. But i will open it to more people if tons of people want to enter

You will have 3-4 days to complete your battle. If you opponent doesn't show, you advance to the next round.

First round will end on sunday. Repot back to me with the winners
Note: At the end of the first 2 rounds, i will randomly pick a person who lost and give them another chance at the tourney. This is because i wasn't thinking while i set this up =P

Because of the match ups, its going to be the best out of 3. Who ever wins 2 matches will proceed to the finals.

Bah, you had me till you said no legal hacks. I haven't been able to find any legal pokemon with good IV's worth ev training.

No it's ok, I'm working on a team in shoddy, then I'm going to ask one of my friends if they can rng breed near perfect IV's onto the pokemon for me.

Once I get a team with good IV's put togethor, I'll let you know.

I was just thinking, If it rounds the levels on the pokemon up to 100 I have a team I'd like to enter. I'm pretty sure they all have good IV's and are EV trained. If not... I'll just lose pretty quickly.

They should be legit(or VERY well done hacks) as I got them from RoC in the legitimate trades thread.

People who signed up already are quite good, so starting here wouldnt be the best thing to do

Since this OU I'm guessing BL isn't accepted? I'll just have to double check and make sure none of the pokemon are. I'm pretty sure they're all ou and uu but I could be wrong...

you can use any pokemon except ubers
