Celebi or Breloom. Roserade is third, No doubt about it

Breloom is a BEAST...unprepared, he is very difficult to deal with, especially his SporePunch set.
Celebi makes a good tank, however has a quadruple weakness to U-Turn and is weak to Pursuit. Shaymin can fill a similar role as Celebi, without the extra weaknesses, or can also be very effective in a more offensive role, mainly due to Seed Flare.
Sceptile is super quick, and makes an excellent SubSeeder because of this.
Roserade is great for poison/sleep support and absorbing Toxic Spikes.
...I guess it just depends on what kind of hole you need filled in your team...

Personally, I'm quite the fan of Venusaur. Although most will disagree, and use a Roserade maybe, there's something appealing about Venusaur. With a well planned switch, and the right setup, Venusaur can really plant its roots (excuse the pun) and annoy the silly out of people
