Global Trade Station

I am relativly new to competitive battles and have made a few teams but they never seem to work out if it is possible could you guy suggest some good pokemon and move sets along with evs

Forrtress Evd it's defence and get the move spikes

i wouldn't recommend forretress as a physical wall id go with skarmory instead because it has no x4 weakness and can probably stand up better against a physical sweeper that has a fire attack

I would recommend Metagross because he has a very high attack and defense as well. He also has pretty good special attack and special defense. The move set I would suggest is:
Agility
Iron Defense
Meteor Mash
Hyper Beam/Bullet Punch

Metagross can have Thunderpunch instead of Iron Defense. It provides more coverage.

I cant post a link but smogon has lots of movesets for any pokemon just google smogon and youll find it

skarmory has a higher defense and is immune to ground attacks that are normally strong on steel and metagross may not stick around enough to get a hit against a ground or fire sweeper but it also depends on what else is on your team
