The system claiming that you only need 2 posts is incorrect, you actually need 3.
That's a minor glitch.
Making 3 relevant posts is not difficult assuming you came here as a Pokemon fan and all "Pokemon" chat forums will count your posts.
In addition, the Cyber-Cafe will count any of your posts as well should you rather discuss any other games.
Just keep in mind if you spam up to 3 posts, you will receive an infraction/warning and your post will be be reset to 0.
