17 Years + Younger Entry Form
18 Years + Older Entry Form

To submit the form, you must first print it, fill it in by hand, re-scan it into a computer image or PDF file and send it to us through the contact form here:

A new subject "Card Entry Form", has been added.

Rules

- One entry per member only.
- You must make your own, someone else cannot make yours.
- Card can be photoshopped or use images from hand-drawn, be as creative as you can be.

Places like staples have them which you can use. It costs about 20p to use them.

When does this contest end?

In another post the date was the 28th but if there wasnt enough contestants, that it would be postponed, but no one really knows the actual date no more, to my knowledge anyways.

the idea is to use the template to show your skill not getting a auto program to make it for you

I understand but only half the people have actually USED the templates. I think they were more so it was harder to get a card off the net somewhere.

I believe it was said that the tamplate that was given was somewhat of a guide line, to make life easier, or a basic idea of what it should kind of look like, for the picture, go crazy . Am I correct? I only see me and another person that didn't use the template, it would really suck if it had to be those templates specificly. I don't quite understand what you are talking about "auto program to make it for you" I just want to make sure that the card style was ok, or if I have to remake it with one of those templates

That's correct, you can use any templates you wish, we were just providing simplistic versions that are ideal to the contest. But it's not limited to those templates.

by auto program it means that they used a program that generates the card for you... like just say you upload a image and set the hp etc. then it puts it all on a card automatically.

You are correct you get a solid B-
