You're right, 1 per month.
And you have to state which month you're submitting it for. And you must wear it for that entire month.

Oh that explains why my signature was on the main o_o
First I was like "Wow, there's a new signature add on thing"
Then I actually read the text. Now I was like "Lol, I didn't even enter anything, when did this happen?"
