Depends if you wanted to be traded or not, you might end up annoyed.

The league is what it is.
When you chose to make yourself available and signed up for that team, you agreed to all terms.
YOU ARE ALL IN BINDING CONTRACTS! MWA HAH HA.
The leaders arn't in those contracts. We are in better, more excruciating ones.

Depends how you want to operate as Leaders.
Some may rather talk to them first, some will just execute the trade.
