Get a Mareep with Modest nature.I recommend IV breeding but it's not required.
If you do, then get 31 IV's in Sp. Atk and then 31 in Sp. Def.
Then, begin to EV train it by giving it and Exp. Share and fighting Gastly's and Haunter's in the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest.
Once you're at a level where you can kill the gastly's and haunter's, don't bother.If you continue Exp. Sharing, you'll get half the Exp. but full EV's so more EV's per level.OR give it pokerus and then begin battling with Ampharos without the Exp. Share as you get the same results.Once you have 255 EV's in Sp. Atk, find a place to train where there's nothing but Sp. Def EV giving pokemon.I did Old chateau as I found it easiest.If you can find an easy place for nothing but Sp. Def EV's, please PM me so I can put it in the guide.Once you've done the Sp. Def EV'ing, then get it to level 100 and you have the best Ampharos ever!
