OK The code makes all wild pokemon appear shiny instead of normal but stats, EVs, IVs all appear normal. Are they considered hacks?

Its not like an encounter code. The pokemon doesnt appear as a bad egg on PBR for me.

Yea I put them on my T-Card to battle. I noticed I only have one bad egg and its an Infernape.

You still don't get it

If you use a hacking device to make all pokemon encountered Shiny, any Pokemon that you catch with that code is hacked because a hacking device made those Pokemon shiny.
