okay. I decided to make the perfect froslass! 
it is my [un]patented formula for froslass.
steps:
1: catch a snorunt w/ pokerader at acuity lakefront. try to get a girl.
2: get another pokemon from the mineral group that's got good ivs and is a boy.
3: breed snorunt w/ the other pokemon. get a baby female snorunt w/ good nature. replace with old one, and give everstone to new one.
4: breed a female snorunt with perfect speed ivs, and good special attack ivs. best nature is timid, but I prefer naive cuz it is the best nature/my fav.
5:evolve to a froslass w/ a dawn stone.
6: give it pokerus, and then ev train it in sp. attack, and speed, with extra evs in hp. DON'T USE VITAMINS! THEY ARE DRUGS!
7:raise it to level 100.
8: teach it t-bolt, ice beam, shadow ball, and water pulse.
9: name it a nickname. I named mine Piblo Jr.
note: my froslass' moveset is slightly different, but this moveset offers the best sweeper set.
