you know the prestige icons i know all 10 but what are the following and how to get them

1. is like a gold leaf
2. silver bar
3. gold bar
4. double silver bar
5. double gold bar

ive seen these but cant find anything about them any where

CoD4 might have an update with 5 new prestige icons and silenced sniper rifles

yeah but this is one of the old ones
