I'd like to point out that we did receive some pretty decent amount of good applicants, however - I decided to hire depending where they were located.

Both Reno, and Ripster are from other sides of the world, and will be able to cover Staff shifts that many of the existing staff cannot.

And I will not hire anyone that'll be sleeping during those shifts
