I based Drifblim's moveset around Baton Pass as i could see him using it effectively. I liked the Sp. Atk increase from Charge Beam and Drifblim is able to Baton Pass this to another Pokemon. The same goes for Substitute. Shadow Ball was also good because of the STAB gained

Cradily is a Toxistaller. He will badly poison the opponent and then sit there and gain stats and/or HP (Ingrain + Amnesia). Sludge Bomb was added to finish off an opponent who is weak enough.

Gengar is somewhat more attacking. Classic Hypnosis + Dream Eater / Nightmare to restore HP and hurt the opponent at the same time. His Levitate ability gives him immunity to Ground attacks. Dark Pulse has a high critical hit ratio but could easily be replaced by Shadow Ball / Claw for STAB.

Spiritomb's moveset is one of attacking strength. Nasty Plot gives an impressive Special Attack Boost for his physical moves (Shadow Sneak & Dark Pulse). Psychic was added to down fighting types with ease. His lack of weaknesses and 3 immunities drew me to including him in my party.

Octillery is a physical sweeper with a very diverse moveset. Surf was added for STAB and Ice Beam was added for those nasty Dragon types. Fire Blast was added to counter Grass Types. Hyper Beam was added as a last resort type of move.

Weezing is more of a wall with an average defense. I was drawn to Shock Wave because it always hits the opponent. Fire Blast was added to use most of his attacking strength. Destiny Bond is very useful when he is against the odds (Psychic pokemon) as he takes the foe with him when he faints.
Explosion is a last resort type move that may not faint the opponent but it will do a large amount of damage.
Heres what I think the team should be with your reasons in mind.

Gengar-Modest @ Wise glasses-evs 252sp atk, 252speed, 6hp
Hypnosis
Dream eater
Tbolt
Shadow Ball

Much better and adds electric STAB

Weezing-Impish @Leftovers-evs 25Hp, 252Def, 6sp atk

Drifblim-timid@leftovers
evs 200speed, 200sp atk, 110hp
Hypnosis
Baton Pass
Sub
Charge Beam

Spiritomb-Careful @leftovers evs 252hp, 144def, 114sp def

Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Fang

A physical sweeper was needed and walls make choice possible
your teem seems to have a weakness against evaisivness. If you came up against a opponent with a strong blissey or other evaisive pokemon you could be in trouble. Of coudrse spiritomb could counter with it's pain split, but consider the fact that it was already unable to battle. Also, most of your attacks are special, if you came p aggainst a team with a high special defence and good protection aggainst electric, dark and fire type moves, you could have a hard time. Also, pokemon with ice and dark/psychic type moves would be quite strong aggainst your team.
I will definitely make an effort to make some changes. Quite a few problems I have obviously overlooked. Thanks for the feedback 001_smile

I wouldnt worry to much about evasion, as most people play with an evasion clause which prevents evade up and accuracy down moves. I would however try to strike an even balance among physical and special attacks.

DRIFBLIM @ Leftovers/Salac Berry - Salac Berry means you can pass down speed along with your charge beam boosts and bulky substitutes, if you don't mind lasting a little less long.
Charge Beam
Shadow Ball
Baton Pass
Substitute

OCTILLERY @ Leftovers - Mystic Water is barely doing anything to help.
Fire Blast
Energy Ball/Thunder Wave - Water/Grass/Fire/Ice Covers pretty much everything in the game, but a little status never hurt.
Surf
Ice Beam

SPIRITOMB @ Leftovers - Spiritomb is a bulky pokémon.
Nasty Plot/Pain Split
Dark Pulse/Sucker Punch
Hidden Power [Fighting]/Will-O-Wisp
Taunt/Destiny Bond

Ugh, Spiritomb's moveset is tiny. If you can get a hold of a Hidden Power user, do it. Otherwise, I'd go for the alternate moveslots.[/b]

GENGAR @ Life Orb/Expert Belt/Choice Scarf/Leftovers
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast/Energy Ball/Destiny Bond
Hypnosis

[i]Sorry, most people don't keep a sleeping Pokémon in, so Hypnosis/Dream eater is redundant. Besides, Psychic is a fairly bad attacking type. Shadow Ball > Dark Pulse simply because it gets a boost for being the same type as Gengar. The rest helps for covering other types and being useful.

CRADILY @ Leftovers - Leftovers will always work better than a Shell Bell.
Ingrain
Amnesia
Recover/Rock Slide/Earthquake - Poison is the worst attacking type. =( Recover helps you take hits much better, and Rock Slide means you can actually hurt things. EQ hits many things Toxic cannot.
Toxic

WEEZING @ Black Sludge
Thunderbolt
Explosion
Destiny Bond
Fire Blast

Any pointers for improvement would be greatly appreciated. Please don't just say it sucks, I already know that.

There, most of those moves are much more useful. Your team could really do with a steel or dark type to resist Ghost/Dark/Ice attacks. Steelix and Empoleon aren't bad ideas.
