is that good enough
the only thing i would suggest is to give it a wide lense to help out steel wing and stone edges semi-ok accuracy
The IVs are good enough to me. It also looks good, but I would suggest flamethrower or fire blast(If it can learn fireblast) just to take out skarms.
THen fire blast would be best over Steel wing. Just for the steel pokes that you will face and some rare grass walls.
Why Flygon?
Garchomp outshines it everywhere.. The only place Flygon is useful is the lower tiers IMO.
well, flygon can learn fail, endure and substitute, but as for stats, garchomp is much better in attack, but it's special attack...
I would advise a salamence over both. It has a bit less speed, but it has aferry good attack and special attack and it can learn better moves by leveling up.
