well, I'm no critiqueing genius, but I'll give it a try:

Gengar looks good. The speed is a little bit laclustre, but other than that, okay. Isn't hypnosis a little risky? I'd at least add on dream eater if willing to hypnosis it. dream eater is great; it KILLS fighting types ghost moves can't hit, and, well, it's just helpful.

Garchomp: Well, the moveset is good for something with the attack of a mammoth. I suggest the move dragon claw over outrage; it is physical, and you don't have to use it 2-3 times then get confused. (skarmory....)

For lucario, I personally don't like steadfast at all. If I was given a chance to flinch and then become a little bit faster as opposed to not flinching, I would not flinch at all. The moveset looks good though.

for charizard, I like HP grass, but it's hard to get. Leftovers is okay, but you should replace with something like life orb to really pack a PANG!!!

fOR skarmory, try something that really makes use of it's defenses. Spikes, roost, toxic and confuse ray(if it can learn it, I forget) or filler with leftovers. Or, drop the filler/roost and put in substitute. That would make the opponent want to really tare their hair out.

For dusknoir, make up your mind between will o wisp and thunderpunch. replace one or the other with a more powerful move, two things that give status conditions is strange, and thunderpunch is only good because it paralyzes. Try to replace with something good. I reccomend shadow ball. But this is where the two movesets collide. You could go two ways: have a wall and take pain split, will o wisp, shadow ball and confuse ray or you could take an offensive turn and have you're moveset minus the pain split.

So, hope I helped, I'm not a great rater but I try! I give you're team a 7.3 out of 10.
I agree with shellos but here's one thing.steadfast raises your speed so you might outspeed the pokemon that flinched you for every turn rather than just not flinching.Oh, and always give dusknoir maxed out hp ev's.
I think you should give gengar Destiny Bond just a suggestion.
ok thx but this team was just a thought its not a real team ok but thx for the suggestions
Although your gengar has bad speed it has the highest special attack stat I've ever seen. The rest of the team is good. 10 out of 10.
lol i ment to put it at 383
I just hate the idea of finching as opposed to not flinching. When I battle, it's fast, it's furious, it's deceptive, I cheat,....just kidding. I don't like to lose a turn raising speed. Destiny bond on gengar...he is fast, but what about like joteon, aerodactyl, electrode, infernape if a speedy nature, etc. I prefer to keep it simple, and destiny bond is always a guessing game. Like mirror coat. know, but overall, this team is good! One question: why two ghost types? It's okay because you're moves are ballanced out like that. But I really think you should put spikes on skarmory then switch out to gengar/dusknoir to prevent rapid spin.
thats a good idea but like i said erliar the team isnt made yet so i dont know of the outcome
Maybe i wasn't clear, if you flinch then you will raise your speed and might outspeed the other pokemon for every turn including the other pokemon if he switches out. That would be better than not flinching at all because many pokemon don't rely on flinching for a strategy so it's better to gain from flinching than to not gain anything at all.
