Well, the kanto ones from firered and leaf green.
Jhoto pokemon from various games.
Hoenn from sapphire/ruby/emerald.
Sinnoh, of course pearl and Diamond.

I breed some of the more rare pokemon and I level up the pokemon from the Day Care and from battling trainers and wild pokemon. I have caught almost every pokemon so I can level them up fast.
