Constructive criticism please.
Forretress: I'm not keen on the sash. But your decision.
Garchomp: Fine, Crunch is an alternative to Stone Edge.
Dusknoir: ALWAYS max out the HP. It's base HP is horrible. Max it out, and then fiddle around with whatever you want with the remaining EVs.
Metagross: I don't like Meta@CBand with Explosion. It may be strong, but I don't like it.
Weezing: I'd prefer Flamethrower over Sludge Bomb. SB is pretty useless.
P-Z: Fine

You have one too many walls for my liking, I would chuck in another Special attacker..
Both your physical "sweepers" are Choiced. Scarfchomp is more late game/revenge killer anyway. I suggest you orb your Metagross.

A simple yet effective strategy would be to use Magnezone to kill all their steels, then sweep them with Scarfchomp. Magnezone also addresses Mono's concerns.
lol i remb using fortress to lay down spikes and toxic spikes until i came up against other fortress :/
it became useless as a lead afterwards. also your just giving someone the time to use sword dance/dragon dance/nasty plot etc
but Weezing has haze. I think you should get a baton passer on your team and also maby some more fire type moves. I think a few dragons and psychic types could make short work of this team.
Dusknoir, Garchomp, Metagross and Porygon-Z make short work of all pyschic types I have come across.

I have two steels. Steel > Most dragons. Dusk, Forry and Weezing can wall em all.
but dragons are fast and gave firepower and earthquake. Fortress is a good starting pokemon but it's slow. If your opponent has a dragon up front you'd have to switch thus giving your opponent a free turn.
as for psychic types, not only psychic type pokemon know moves like psychis, shadowball, icebeam.
No I wouldn't have to switch. Most OU Dragon Pokes are standardly physical. My forry has over 400 defense, it can take a hit.. Or I can explode, sash making sure I can.

The pyschic move thing aswell

Rofl ^^ Thats what you said, now you are on about Ice Beam. Walled by Dusknoir, Pyschic walled by Forry and Meta, Shadow ball walled by Forry and Meta and Chomp (because of its bulkiness).

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Relaxed
1. Toxic Spikes/Steath rocks
2. Rapid Spin
3. EQ
4. Explosion
Evs: 200 Hp, 200 Def, 110 Attack

Atk Evs are pointless unless your gunna use them, so pick 1 set of spikes (I would go toxic spikes) since laying 2lots of traps is a waste of time, and replace with EQ this will help for Forrys worst foe (magnezone). Focus stash is pointless its a wall no phyical atk is gunna OHK it,

Role: Spiker, Rocker, Boom after finished, also rapid spins. Sash to make sure I get something down

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Veil
Nature: Adamant

4. Stone Edge

Fine

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Careful
1. Shadow Sneak
2. Pain Split
3. Will O Wisp
4. Ice Punch
Evs: 255HP 50atk 100def 100sp.def

I messed about with the evs here dusknoir has rubbish hp so the full 255 on hp, the rest balanced in def/sp.def and a bit on atk. ice punch for dragons since thunder is the least useful punch take it out for ice.

Role: Mixed Wall, mainy Special

Metagross @ Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
Nature: Adamant
1. EQ
2. Meteor Mash
3. Agillty
4. Explosion
Evs: 152 HP / 252 Atk / 104 Spe

Its to slow to be a phyical sweeper, take out t-punch since there is no use for it, and put agillty in. Leftovers are the best choice for item if not life orb will do.

Role: Physical Sweeper

Weezing @Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Bold
1. Haze
2. Pain Split
3. Will O Wisp/Destiny Bond
4. T-Bolt
Evs: 252 Hp, 252 Def. 6 SpAttl

Sludge Bomb is pretty useless TBH name A OU poke it can OHK.? WOW is allways a great choice when mixed with pain split and and the healing from leftovers. black sludge over leftovers since you can then abuse the item clause.

Role: Physical Wall. Murders all Vaps.. Serioulsy its a beast

Porygon-Z @ Focus Sash
Ability: Adaptability
Nature: Timid
1. Nasty Plot
2. Tri-Attack
3. T-Bolt
4. Ice Beam
Evs: 252 Speed, 252 SpAttk, 6 Hp

Fine Focus stash nasty plot is a good idea, but look out for t-tar/hippo/abomasnow. Ice beam more power better OU coverage and better than dark pluse. (what ghost type can you outrun and OHK anyway ?)

Role: Special Sweeper
