uhm... i have my lvl 15 rotom
and got a few questions..
Can i breed it?
any good tactics/ movesets& natures for it?
in that case, where should i train it?
you can breed it
plus i dont know about the other things
just train it anywhere
Rotom is breedable yes.
Moveset:
Rotom @ Choice Specs
Timid Nature
~Thunderbolt
~Shadow Ball
~HP ICE
~Trick
Rotom can take advantage of his decent special attack via choice specs, or if he is battling a clear physical sweeper you can RUIN him by using trick to give him the choice specs. Neat Gimmicky strategy. Honestly thought, Rotom is UU for a reason....
Breedable: Yes
Move set: T-wave/Confuse Ray/Shadow ball/T-Bolt
Nature: Modest
Item: Life Orb
Tactics: doulble status open with t-wave then confuse the foe...this gives you 45% chance of them NOT attacking (via confusion OR paralized) If that fails you have t-bolt/shadow ball for sweep/STAB.
Training; Speed/Spc.atk
for spec.ack EVs go to the pokemon chateau (outside Etuna City) battle wild gastly.
for speed EVs battle wild Magicarp OR go to the resort area (sandy bit) and surf for pollywhirls.
Actually Misa, they only have a 37.5% chance of attacking.
1x0.5(confusion)x0.75(paralysis)=0.375
