How do you unlock the dungeon Joyous Tower?
u have to defeat rayquaza and i do believe defeat the three dogs then ho-oh

o wait here is how u unlock it Successfully clear Pitfall Valley. Must have Blue Sky Meadow friend area. and fly is located in the dragon vally
Can anyone help me with this.Ok.I just defeated Kyogre,but why didn't he join my team? And how do I get the dungeon that Ho-Oh is in?
Even if you defeat Kyogre it isnt guaranteed he will join you, i would go find the friend bow and defeat ho-oh first then go and try to recruit Kyogre again, the chances of him joining you are very slim

the friend bow is in the dugeon where you battle ho oh i think it is on the 30th floor but you need a key to get it
