I need a moveset for my Yanmega. Do not say Hypnosis as the last move ok. What should I have as the 4th move?

Hypnosis would be a good option, but if you don't want it..... HP Ice if you can.
And replace Roost with Protect for an easy Speed Boost.

I prefer tinted lens over speed boost, so I am going to stay with Roost. I'm not HP breeding again so I'm not going to bother with HP ice. Anyway to get HP ice you have to have really bad IV's.
not necessarily. 30 speed IV's isnt bad. HP fire is also a good choice.

I've been tinkering with Choice Specs Tinted Lens Yanmega and I do have to say that it's amazing destroying any teams without Blissey since with specs and tinted lens Air slash can 2HKO Heatran.
Think about 544 sp.atk with specs combined with tinted lens which makes 2 times resists turn into neutrals. Devastating.

~ Hidden Power Ground / Hidden Power Ice
~ U-turn / Hypnosis
4 Def / 252 SpA/ 252 speed
You probably won't be able to get HP ground or Ice but so use U-Turn and Hypnosis.
Timid allows you to outrun:
306 - +nature/252 Moltres, Lucario, Pikachu, PorygonZ, Roserade, Zangoose
The only one's worth outspeeding are Lucario, Moltres, P-Z and Roserade but you sacrafice some sp.atk I think outspeeding jolly Lucario is worth it.
Make sure you use a rapid spinner with this or else it dies with two switch ins to Stealth Rock and also make sure that you pack a Blissey killer too.
EDIT: Roost sucks on Yanmega its not bulky the only thing it can really switch in on is a fighting move.
