All suggestions are welcome.
Not bad. I think Sceptile's X-Scissor gotta go, but in general, absolute amence Biggrin

Changes are in bold. Wink
Forgive my knowledge on some of them. Pinch
No mystic water on empoleon.

Instead of Zen Headbutt try crunch on snorlax.

I wouldn't run EQ on a special sceptile, you could always use a specstile variant.

Swap EQ on nape for nasty plot.

You sure have messed up some of these spreads. >_<
Don't worry though, if you can get some EV reducing berries, you still have time to EV them. ^_^;

Zen Headbutt or Explosion are a thousand times more useful than a Psychic from a much, much lower stat. Stealth Rock is wierd for Meta, but I guess there's no getting Thunderpunch now, and it's still SR. :/
Consider Bullet Punch.

Snorlax:
Nature: Bashful
Item: Chesto Berry
EV's: 252 Defense, 258 Attack
Moves:
Substitute
Odor Sleuth
Focus Punch
Rest

Shadow Claw/Crunch >>>> Odour Sleuth. Hits Gengar and Psychics much harder. Good luck, Subpunch sets are awesome but hard to pull off. 258 attack EVs is impossible, btw.

Salamence:
Nature: Adamant
Item: Life Orb
EV's: 252 Attack, 100 HP, 158 Speed
Moves:
Dragon Claw
Aerial Ace
Crunch
Fire Blast

Uhh, kinda slow for a mence. You're outsped by Porygon-Z, Lucario, Timid Heatran, any Dragon other than Adamant Dragonite, Jynx and a myriad of other pokémon.
Aerial Ace has pretty needless coverage, too. D: I'd go with something like Earthquake. If you're aiming to outspeed Adamant Heracross and just had meh IVs, then forgive me. But you should probably explain what you're doing with it. @_@

Sceptile:
Nature: Timid
Item: Wise Glasses
EV's: 255 Sp. Attack, 90 Attack, 168 Speed
Moves:
Energy Ball
X-Scissor
Focus Blast
Earthquake

Woah, woah, mixed attacker with a -Attack Nature? Bad. D:::::
Grass Knot or even Leaf Storm (since you're mixing it up) are better than energy ball since 90% of OU is heavy enough to feel the same power from E. Ball.
Moveset is Ok, but drop either Focus Blast or X-Scizzor, they have similar coverage. I'd advocate Dragon Pulse over Focus Blast.

Empoleon:
Nature: Modest
Item: Mystic Water
EV's: 256 Sp. Attack, 250 Defense
Moves:
Surf
Avalanche
Shadow Claw
Earthquake

o______o;;
Surely you could put more special attacks on this guy? Grass Knot and Ice Beam are very, very good moves, and he can also Stealth Rock more effectively than meta. Finally, HP EVs are more efficient than defense EVs, but don't worry too much about that.

Infernape:
Nature: Modest
Item: Expert Belt
EV's: 256 Sp. Attack, 50 Defense, 200 Attack
Moves:
Flamethrower
Rock Slide
Close Combat
Calm Mind

Ape wants speed if it wants to live. ;_;
Grass Knot or Thunderpunch over Rock Slide, really. You're giving more coverage that way.

All suggestions are welcome.
Don't yell at me if you don't like my ideas, then. xD
If you don't want to do something, feel free to ignore it - it's your team.

Main issue:

Severely Lacking in Electric and Ice Attacks.
This spells certain doom, I'm afraid. Pretty much anything with Dragon Dance takes a dump on this team, particularly Gyarados. You really need more effective anti-dragon/gyara pokémon on this team, or you will be swept. >_<

Well, that's about all the issues I have with this team (other than its horrific lack of Lanturn!! D< - joke), defensively there aren't *too* many problems other than that big one I just mentioned.
Whoa!!! That's right, I bad-spreaded the EV's again, I do the following changes:

In Metagross I changed the EV's in Speed as Wills suggested and deleted Meteor Mash (Snif...) for Bullet Punch, Pyschic for Zen Headbutt but I'm not sure if I shall delete Stealth Rock for Explosion...

Snorlax, yeah I typed wrong the EV's in Attack, are 252, And deleted Odor Sleuth for Crunch, and Lunasaint is right, is hard to pull a Sub-Puncher Snorlax, but it proved to be a threat for almost Steel, Normal (Bye Blissey!!! XD!!!) and Rock types.

Salamence well... I was aiming to outspeed Garchomps and Salamences, I knew Fire Blast wasn't a good idea since almost dragons resist it, so Earthquake is a better option, but if anyone can give an idea of how improve Salamence...

Sceptile is my loved pkmn with excellent Speed but yeah, Focus Blast for Dragon Pulse is a better option to give the final blow to the dragons Salamence could not sweep.

For the others, I will follow the suggestions regarding moves and EV's, but, I don't understand, shal I give more Speed to my Infernape??? and if want Thunderpunch I have to breed right??
Ape should do with more speed, but if you're only taking walls out, don't worry too much. Yeah, T-Punch is an egg move, so Grass Knot may be more useful. D:

Fire blast is great on mence. It hits steels back really hard.
Ok, I'll change everything!! XD!! Hope this time I do it well...

Thanks everyone!!
