Well this is my team so far. Im willing to make changes but i cant really be stuffed doing EV's or breeding for natures, ya know with homework and school and all that.

Looks great!

Just a couple quick comments:
First, id recommend getting some defensive and status moves (all attack moves isnt great for competitive battling) Also, id suggest making a hm slave or two, and getting rid of your hms (their not very good... lol) except surf of course, keep that.

I'll give this team a 7. Do not have any HM's on your team except surf and waterfall. They are all bad moves except surf and waterfall. You also need some more special sweepers, a rapid spinner and a special wall.

Swampert Change Surf to Waterfall. Get rid of endeavor for Hammer Arm.
Electrivire is fine.
Starapator change Aerial Ace to .... and Fly to Roost.
Metagross change Zen Headbutt for Explosion and Psychic for Agility.
Infernape change cut to Earthquake.

Fish-E, Staraptor doesn't learn Earthquake...
