i have a electivire.. level 49 but i what to train to all the way to levl 100 without any cheats or rare candies wats the best place??

you can use an exp share then train at elite four until you get it to lv 60-70 then actually start battling with it. you can also go to that route near victory road where you get shaymin and use your vs seeker and keep battling the people there, thats what i did with my weavile when the elite four got boring.
