Okay Xbox 360 owners, this is what you've been waiting for. I've decided on the first Game Day.
Tentative Date/Time: Saturday, April 5th, 7 PM EST
Now, would it be safe to assume that Halo 3 would be a good choice for this first event? Of course, if you'd like to suggest another game, go right ahead, and we'll discuss it. Also, if needed/wanted, we can also extend this to also take place on that Sunday if more gaming is desired.
Okay, so a few more things for people to chime in on:
~What game types, besides Team Slayer, would you all like to play?
~Standard rules, or Major League Gaming rules? (I'll post these for reference if anyone is unaware of them)
~Members only, or each player allowed to bring along one friend? (naturally though, only the members would qualify for prizes)
Any other questions? Problems with the date/time?
I will probably be unable to join theese untill around May or June due to my 360 have red lights and me having to save up to buy a new one because I don't have my recipt for my old one. Therefore I will have a New Gamertag around that time. Thank You AL
Hey, I'd be interested in doing that. I have Halo3 and CoD4. I haven't played Halo for a while, but I'm cool with that. I'd like to only do Team Slayer or Big Team Battle. I don't really like other game modes.
Well, I've gone ahead and added you to the main member list for the 360.
And we may not be able to do much else than Slayer-type matches if we don't get a larger turnout. Right now I'm aiming for, at bare minimum, four confirmed participants including myself. If anything, we'd probably stick more to Slayer, and maybe every now and then bounce to a short round of something like Oddball. Oddball is really the only other match type I can stand.
And I'd actually rather go with CoD4, as I'm totally awesome in that, but Halo 3 is a pretty common game among the 360 members, so it would be easiest to use, at least for the first event.

Well, if we don't get many players, it'll just be a Free for All. Two man teams really aren't all that exciting.
If Slayer is really an issue for some, lets toss out our favorite game types. Remember guys, this whole system is democratic. You do have a say

Not sure of rank off hand, as I play more Call of Duty, but my tag is in my sig. And it's fine to not have a working microphone, I rarely actually talk into mine anyways.

I would love to join i love playing Halo but i will have to rent it because im spending my money on Rock Band so i should be able to play so count me in but can anyone tell me why it wont let me sign into my acount on Xbox live i just got it renew yesterday and it wont let me in right now i was just playing it will my girlfriend and now it wont let me in and my gamertag is Twistykarma1
Does it give you an error message?
