Multiples.It's possible to get 31 IV's in all stats.Breed one perfect IV in one stat pokemon with another with 31 in one stat.Then the offspring has 2 31 IV stats guaranteed or so I hear.I imagine if you made the baby with 2 IV's as 31 with one of its parents then I guess the offspring would have 3.Then breed with the other 2 perfect IVs pokemon to get 5 perfect ones.Again, I'm not sure about this as I just made this theory out of a rumor I heard.
