Global Trade Station

ok so i have half of a team, maybe less than half
Im looking for suggestions for the rest.

currently i have

ninjask trained for speed and attack w/ focus sash
protect
swordsdance
x-scissor
baton pass

lucario trained in who knows what (but it is trained) w/ focus sash
(2 ghost moves, i forget what they are, so ill add them later, one spc, one reg)
close combat
(another move i forget what it is)

skarmory (lvl.1) completely untained
peck
stealthrock
roar
(man im forgetting a lot)

also, in my battles i add a luxray, starraptor, and an alakazam.
i need help on what i should add, ev's, moves etc.

how about adding a wall like blissey or dusknoir and here is a move set for lucario extreme speed, aura sphere, dragon pulse, and stone edge
