i just got this in a trade and was wondering, is this a good battle pokemon.

defense = 196
sp. attack = 104
sp. defense = 196

ability = scrappy (enables moves to hit Ghost-type foes)
attacks = return/focus punch/sucker punch/substitute

looks good to me i like the subsitute then focus punch good combo
