Well this is my almost Steel team. I'm only posting it so you guys can see it and rate it. I've studied steel teams eversince steel pokemon came out. So you can imagine that I put in a lot of work on this team.

Please don't state the obvious. I know my team has a big weakness against Fighting, Fire, and Ground. I've been using this team on shoddy and it doesn't seem like these types of pokemon are a problem.

Now if I put this whole team together...It resists every type in the game! This team also can kill every type with a super effective except Bug. I have calculated all this and I checked everything. Plus this team has the element of surprise with a scarfed Luc and a Spinning starmie. Plus not alot of people would expect forretress to be offensive instead of defensive. I think the team is rather well balanced to be an almost mono team. So any suggestions just post.

This team, would be the perfect steel team, if you didn't have Blissey. Unfortunately, a lot of people around here Include the Skarm/Bliss, or just Bliss Clause in their battle. But hey, it's just my opinion. Other than Blissey, Everything else looks great. Rockon

Stick with psychic, metagross could handle blissey if need be, but you seem to run agiligross which may be problematic. Depends on how worried about blissey you are.

Metagross
Item: Shucca berry
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 136 hp 16 def 252 atk 104 spd
Moves:
Equake
Meteor mash
agillity

Not bad, but if you are worried about blissey you could change agility to bullet punch.

Forretress
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 hp 96 def 162 atk
Moves
Equake
Spikes
Gyro ball
Explosion

pretty standard forteress other than EV's. Not bad, but its not a solid attacker, and it will suffer when pitted against an opponent that can take advantage of that. Its to slow to land the KO first, so be prepared to take some hits.

Magnezone
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Modest
EVs:156 hp 16 def 252 spatk 84 spd
Moves:
Tbolt
sub
magnet rise
HP ice

Good set, EV's are kind of crazy but I'm never to great at EV's. His sub would be very hard to break, HP Ice for the dragons, TBolt for STAB. Hopefully his Ability is magnet pull. Looks good.

Blissey
item: Leftovers
Nature: Bold
EVs: 148 HP 252 def 104 spatk 4 spd
Moves:
Ice beam
Twave
softboiled
seismic toss

I don't particularly like blissey, and im no expert on it as such, so i'll leave it alone

Starmie
Item: Wise glasses
Nature:timid
EVs: 172 hp 120 spatk 216 spd
Moves:
Surf
Tbolt
rapid spin

Standard Starmie, very nice.

Personally I don't like making teams of only one type because one type = one weakness, but as you've said you know and checked all of this so you should be fine. All of them are well made and thought out, and Steel type resistances make very versatile fighters. An all steel team looks very good, maybe infernape could be an issue unless you catch him early with starmie, but thats all i could think of.
Can I just ask AZ, why are your EVs so crazy!

Also I'd be wary of Weaviles, Chomps and other crazy sweepers. They could own your team if get set up etc.
What's wrong with his EVs? They all make sense to me. o.o

Anyway, your team has a lot of type coverage, yes. But this probably means a lot of switching and weakness to prediction. Apart from making Blissey a WishBliss, there aren't many benefits I can see. But eh, battles teach things much more than RMTs do for me.
This seems ok to me =)
I would like to point out a specs luke can two hit kill a blissey with aura sphere =)
and focus stash on starmie is better than the 20% boost from wise glasses
focus sash fails in weather though.
Zenrot Wrote:focus sash fails in weather though.

only in hail or sand Wink
but sash can help you when you need it =)
choice specs are another opt if you don't go for a specs luke 001_unsure
well yeah hail or sand. I suppose it can be very helpful, just dont always count on it.

(misa, it looks like you runa sandstorm team if those are your real pokemon)
Hmm, looking again, I think LEftovers should go on Starmie. You can never have too many - and this Starmie is menat to not be OHKO'd. <_>

Specscario is awesome. Vacuum wave for the last slot. <3
