This Team is make to be used in double battle, and uses a lot of weather benefits, and is from this two things that comes the name. Here I go:

Double Battle Weather Team

Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scarf
EVs: 84 HP; 252 Df; 12 Spd; 106 SpAtk; 56 SpDf
Nature: Bold
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Mirror Coat

The classic Milotic moveset, except for Mirror Coat. Surf for STAB and Ice Beam for the Dragons. Mirror Coat can cover Milotic’s weaknesses since it will strike back even a Thunder, it also can damage the Physics with their STAB or with the new Energy Ball, not counting that it can be a fatal surprise since not everyone uses it on their Milotic. Leftovers help Recover, witch also makes Mirror Coat more effective.

Toxicroak @ Expert Belt
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 Atk; 129 HP; 129 Spd
Nature: Adamant
- Cross Chop
- Rock Slide
- Sucker Punch
- Poison Jab

Expert Belt works really well here, since Toxicroak with this move set can cause lot’s of super effectives. Also, it can be dangerous when used with Sucker Punch against the Psysics witch will probably kill it with one single blow. Cross Chop and Poison Jab give two STAB, and they’re also strong physical attacks. Poison Jab can even greatly poison. Rock Slide for the Birds, even though Stone Edge would be more effective it’s really hard to get and less accurate.

Raichu @ Damp Rock
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 SpAtk; 252 Spd; 6 HP
Nature: Hardy (I know it sucks, but it's an Event poke)
- Thunder
- Rain Dance
- Surf
- Thunder Wave

It was an hard choice to put only Thunder for STAB, even since it can be inaccurate without Rain Dance. But giving EV’s to Speed makes Raichu dangerous, and assure that it can use Rain Dance and survive to use Thunder. And that’s where Damp Rock enters, giving more time to make Thunder accurate. Finally, Thunder Wave may give the win, and Surf just become stronger during rain, being able to stop the Rock and Ground enemies.

Charizard @ Heat Rock
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 SpAtk; 129 Atk; 129 SpDf
Nature: Mild
- Fly
- Heat Wave
- Flamethrower
- Iron Tail

Fly isn’t the most strong flying attack, but can make Charizard escape from Surfs and Explosions used by it’s own allies. Heat Wave is perfect for double battles, and adding it’s STAB it can be a pain in the neck. Flamethrower also has STAB, and can finalize the Heat Wave effects. Iron Tail is just to keep Rock types away, and also to use when there’re no much damage to be done.

Tyranitar @ Razor Claw / Scope Lens
Ability: Sandstream
EVs: 252 Atk; 76 HP; 180 Spd
Nature: Adamant
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Taunt

Stone Edge was chosen over Crunch (as Dark STAB I left to Shiftry), and has high chance of being lethal with it’s STAB plus it’s critical hit chance plus Razor Claw / Scope Lens effect. Earthquake is also very good when right used in double battles. Dragon Dance is classic, to be used firstly and makes Tyranitar one of the strongest Attack Sweeper in the game. Taunt doesn’t let the Dragon Dance benefits to be useless, and protects the team against Will-o-wisps, Toxics or Thunder Waves. It also brakes Protect and Detect, witch is extremely helpful in double battles.

Shiftry @ Lum Berry
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 248 Atk; 252 SpAtk; 8 Spd
Nature: Rash
- Dark Pulse
- Sunny Day
- Solarbeam
- Explosion

Dark Pulse covers the Dark STAB needed to eliminate Psychics. Sunny Day is useful to stop Tyranitar’s Sandstream, and makes Solarbeam extremely dangerous mostly when taking in consideration it’s STAB and Shiftry’s speed, boosted by it’s Chlorophyll ability and a few EV’s. Mentioning it’s speed stat, is important to remember how high it his and how effective it’s when used with strong attacks and the right boosts. Explosion is last, only to be used in critical cases, as few allies without Protect can survive it.

And now, analyzing it as a team. Milotic, Toxicroak and Raichu are the most likely to be used together. Raichu and it’s Rain Dance can both recover Toxicroak and boosts Milotic Surf (or it’s own). Toxicroak with Milotic also is useful, since Surf plus a EV Special Attack can recover a lot of Toxicroak health, and, as far as it survives, the more damage it can cause to a lot of different Pokemon types. In other words, this three Pokemon together can work as a triple wall and last for a long time, the only problem here is the damage caused by Milotic’s Surf on Raichu, but nothing too critical.

Now, the other three are the Sweeper group. It’s important not to use them three mixed with the other. Why, do you ask? Simple, Shiftry is based on Sunny Day, witch helps Charizard and stops Tyranitar forever-lasting Sandstorm, and there comes the problem. Toxicroak can have serious problems when the weather is hot. But, also, Heat Stone will help Shiftry’s Sunny Day, and will make it more effective, giving more time to use Solarbeam and increasing Heat Wave’s power. Earthquake is useless in Charizard, giving the team a great advantage. That's another motive not to use the two groups togheter: one DragonDance-boosted Earthquake and bye bye Toxicroak.

That is it, please let me know what do you think about it. Also, I have to ask if somebody can donate or trade with me a TM 71.
thats not to good and why give Charizard a heat rock if it doesn't have sunnyday
you should focus on one type of weather. Also, raichu doesnt have the defenses to be a reliable rain dancer
Tyranitar, Shiftry and Charizard have no place on a Rain Dance team. In fact Charizard and Tyranitar will be taking boosted Super effective hits from their team mate's surf - not a good idea. On the other hand Tyranitar isn't a great pokemon for a Sunny Day team either since he'll cause a sandstorm as soon as he comes into play.
It's okay you saying you won't use the 2 groups together, but T-tar has to have a partner, and he'll royally screw over whoever he's out with. Also what happens If I bring out a Jolteon or Electivire against the water group, you've got nothing to combat them, and will have to switch to someone who's gonna be suffering disadvantegous (sp?) weather conditions.
Congrats, you seem to have made a decent RMT compared to some others. 001_smile

But when it comes to the actual team, you've got to make a decision; Rain Dance or Sunny Day?
