Stats don't tell me anything because i dont even know its level. moves seem OK if you dont plan to breed for outrage. What's up with his item? that only gives a 10% boost to slash's power, not worth it at all. You could use a shell bell or a muscle band or even choice band for good results. Nature needs to be Jolly or Adamant.

Hitmontop is your team spinner, but he only has 2 good moves. dont ever bother with protect, its unecessary. and secret power? did you mean to type hidden power? that would make more sense but i dont see why he would need that either. Close combat over protect if you aren't using him as a wall. counter would be good over secret power regardless. item is ok if you are walling, if not then i'd find something else

Looks better although nature is still just horendous. Jolly or Adamant again. Moves are better but itll take some good prediction to hit through protect or detect so i hope you are capable of doing that. Focus sash is only useful if you plan on having heracross sweep via reversal but it is still not very good on him. try muscle band or life orb.

Ok on the nature finally, regular spikes over toxic spikes please. secret power should be replaced with (in my opinion) explosion for when you start to die out. this one is ok.

wow, an Adamant charizard with all special attacks. Modest please. Sunny Day solar beam on charizard can work depending on your predicitons yet again. Also sunny day will mess up swamperts water moves. rose incense is there only to boost the power of solarbeam? bad idea. you can try specs on him but it wont work as well as say specsmence.

Nature = awful. Swampy should be a defensive pokemon, not an attack based pokemon. what is rainfall? do you mean rain dance? and why? haveing 2 weather changing moves on a not weather team? bad. switch rain dance with stealth rock.
