What levels ang give more stats other tan that i give it a 7 out of 10

whot are the sp attack sp defence

like I said before, they haven't been trained yet, but thats what their evs will be. they will also be level 100. when I get there I'll post an update with their exact stats, but that could take a while because I'm really busy with school and other stuff.
