Here is a suggestion
Weavile: Item: Expert Belt/ Lum berry/ Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Speed
Moveset:
Swords Dance
Night Slash
Ice Shard
Brick Break
Weavile is the fastest Swords Dancer in the game if you don't count Ninjask. This is best used for late in a battle because of it's pace and power combined. Ice Shard is for STAB and it can easily OHKO Ninjask, Yanmega, Aerodactyl, and Scarf Garchomp. If you choose Life Orb and you use Swords Dance, it will likely strip off 75% of HP from Scarf Heracross. Expert Belt gives your attacks a little more power but you should be fine with just Swords Dance. The Lum Berry helps a lot because if Weavile is burned or paralyzed it renders him almost useless and Lum Berry will prevent that from happening. Life Orb gives Weavile more power than Expert Belt but uses 10% of Weaviles HP evry attack. It would be risky because of Weavile's weakness to Stealth Rock.

Ice Beam
Recover
Hypnosis
Milotic has great Defense when it uses Recover to replenish it's HP. Hypnosis will make sure your opponents don't get to even put one scratch on this beautiful Pokemon. surf is for Stab and Ice Beam is to get rid of Dragons, Grass types, Ground types, and Flying types.
