The Ones In Bold Have Good (Ish) Natures

metagross adamant@Levtovers/Life Orb
EVs Attack255 Speed100 Def155
Agillty
Meteor Mash
Explosion
EQ
Your Best Natured Shiny One Agllity Means
you can outspeed qute a lot (Unless its a sarf Chomp)
Meteor Mash Can Up your allready High Attack and STABS
EQ can take out Fire Types that may try to hit gross
and Explosion is great for when you less HP

larvitar lonely@Life Orb
EVs Attack255 Hp255
EQ
Stone edge
Crunch
T-Bolt
Lonely is +attack so its OK (Just For T-TAR)
Stone edge and crunch make good STAB
EQ is just a great move
and T-Bolt is for plpz that try to use Skarm on you.

floatzel hasty@Choice Band
Evs Attack255 speed255
Aqua Jet
Crunch
Brick Break
Persuit
Meh its no good and its not bad =/
Aqua jet has stab and allways hits first with band it does more damage
and persuit hurts on a switch.
thanks for the advice
I No this isnt exactly Rating your team but Please Tell

HOW did you get THAT MANY shiny Pokemon?
i am a shiny hunter i trade alot

ps any team eving ideas for them
I picked out a few:

Ledian
w/Focus Sash
HP/252
Speed/252
Not sure what to do with the reamining 6 Evs. Guess it doesn't make all that much of a difference anyways. Attacks could be Swords Dance or Agility, whatever you think your team needs more. I'd personally go with Agility. Baton Pass those stat ups. Focus Sash helps ensure that you'll at least pass one thing to someone on the bench. Silver Wind could be used in hopes of passing on the chance all-stat boost. Light Screen for more support. I'd focus mostly on setting up, though, with Agility or Swords Dance.

Your Piplup has a great nature. But if you want it to be worth anything in battle, I'd suggest evolving it. Anyways, if it were evolved, here's what I'd do with it:

Empoleon
w/Leftovers
HP/252
SpDef/252
SpAtk/6
Ice Beam for dragons and all that good stuff. Surf is just basic. Roar so foes can't set up against it (or to pair up with Stealth Rock). You could go Stealth Rock to cause switch damage, too. Other waters are a threat (I know my Vaporeon has no problem with these), so Grass Knot is also useful.
thank you for the tip

thanks for the help everyone
For Metagross:
CB Gross [CB stands for Choice Band] Item: Choice Band
Adamant
252 HP / 236 Atk / 12 Def / 8 Spe EV's
Meteor Mash
EQ
Explosion
Bullet Punch/Thunder Punch

Meteor Mash usually does a ton of damage, resisted or not. Many Pokemon that aren't affected by Meteor Mash are weak against EQ. Explosion can destroy almost all pokemon except really tough pokemon in one hit. Why, Skarmory takes about 85% of damage from Explosion. If you want Bullet Punch, it will help with those speedy Pokemon such as... Aerodactyl, Weavile, and Gengar. It'll take down Weavile and Aerodactyl in one hit. If you want Thunder Punch, It will take down Milotic and Skarmory in about two hits. It will take down Gyarados and Starmie in one hit but will get you in trouble if your opponent calls out Dugtrio, Garchomp, or Electivire. If you go against Dugtrio, your Metagross is basically dead.
