Well, you can either go attacking, or status.

If you want attacking, go with:

252 SpAtk / 252 Spe / 4 HP

If you want status (more longevity), go:

252 HP / 252SpAtk / 4 (in whatever, doesn't really matter probs Def or SpDef)

So does silcoon have a good nature?

Ummmmmmmm..............Minun's Nature okay for me xD

As for moveset and EV spread:

Hidden Power <xD.............wichever would be all right I think >

EV spread:
132 HP, 20 Speed, 220 S.A, 136 S.D

I wouldn't consider training Skiploom.. Unless Jumpluffs have the move Encore, I consider them a bit useless.

Encore/Sleep Powder/Leech Seed/U-Turn.

Encore for Earthquake, Sleep Powder in the switcher, Leech Seed for HP recovery, U-Turn to a Pokemon who can counter it best.

Okay, but what should I do with my eevee?

Silcoon has an excellent nature

Yay! But doese minun have a good nature too?

Minun has a bad nature. Not disasterous, but not good, sorry

Does any other pokemon besides silcoon have a good nature?
