i couldnt decide between outrage or thunderbolt so your opinions would be much appreciated.

he can take some punishment.his ability sucks but he has
such a high attack it kinda makes up for it

hes a favorite of mine,plus he can ko quick.he has thunderbolt
so if they throw a water type out he stands a chance and
stone edge takes out grass pretty quick

i just caught my feebas and havent ever trained a mylotic before so if i could get suggestions for a good move set that would be a great help
