We're bringing back the weekly lottery, with adjusted changes.

There can only be 1 winner per week, this is to reduce work that whichever staff running the lottery has to do.
It was a bit of chaos the last time trying to arrange so much trading times.

People can pick numbers beyond 1 to 50, I didn't say they can't, but that's just picking a 100% guaranteed number that won't come up. lol
