Can you give stats please?
ya lemme edit it
theres the stats
Theres your problem. Have you heard of EV training?
ya but i never really knew wat it meant though i just though it ment they were not hacked
Okay, its not that lol. Check out this EV training thread.
ok so basically i need 2 use the vitamins and i should be good. also just kill wild pokemon instead of trainers so i can get my ev pts 2 go up and i should get attack and defence stronger?
Right, I'm not sure you get it.

EV's come from all pokes, not just wild'uns.

You need to know which stats you want to EV train in before you do so. Breed these pokes for a nature that benefits what stat you need to EV in. E.g Jolly = +Spd -SpAtk.

EV's go direct to the base stats so the gains won't be that visible at first but when the poke evolves it will be come more visible.

Relying solely on Vitamins will not work as a poke is only allowed 10 vitamins (equivalent of 100 EV's) on each stat. Choose vitamins wisely, e.g Protein = +Atk, Iron = + Def etc..
Change your movesets to be more versatile. Teach Charizard focus punch to give him a sper effective attack against Dark, rock, ice, normal, and steel. You will already have flamethrower for ice and steel, but it will add 3 more types that you can get a supereffective attack on. You could opt for brick break instead for more PP, but it has a lower attack...find out which you like more. Get rid of one of your fire moves since one is enough. Since flamethrower and heat wave are nearly identical, I would stick with flamethrower with the higher PP.
