i got this pokemon gif picture i want to put it up as my avatar, but the size is too big, not the scale, size as in those KB and such, is there a way to reduce the KB down to the requirment?

Yes, by reducing the quality of each frame, which you can use special programs to do it with. I would help, but my mum decided to delete Adobe CS2 (which contains something that does Gifs) when we did a system restore
