Why does Rhyperior have horn drill (OHKO moves normally not allowed) and rock wrecker (just....why?)?

i dont no i why swapert has 3 water moves when i hatched it from a egg it had surf and waterfall and i wasnt shure what moves i should give rhyperior

Never, ever, EVER use a hyper beam move on anything (barring porygon Z for the one hit blissey kill).
