If you're addressing all Infraction Ops, Management, or Top Admins - just use the group titles.
The E-Mail is sent to ALL staff.

It's just another way to contact staff.
This would be a good way to report something to as many staff as possible rather than just PMing ONE.

Banned member that wants to plea their case?
You've been scammed out of a trade or have been constantly harassed by someone.
The thing is we need people to stop contacting the same staff member over and over again. We need to divide up the work-load eventually.
So thus, the REPORT function and now this CONTACT function.
If you send in an E-Mail, it's read by all staff. That means whoever's available can assist you. Rather you contact 1 person who's been busy and takes a few days to respond instead.
Wonderful, but people might just send an e-mail saying good work thus spamming and becoming annoying.
Not worried about that.
If it becomes an issue, we can warn users about it, or give an infraction for spamming the contact feature.
Right now, only registered users can use the contact feature. So we're able to track the buggers.

wow this is a very good thing you came up with Avia I like this way a lot more than th report feature it seems this will be a big help to people and put less stress on The Admins and Infractionators plus if you are friendly and dont give a hard time with the Staff you choose if i ever have a problem with someone my first contact would be -Z-, keep up the good work i'm looking forward to even more new stuff don't stop there LOL.
