why does Umbreon need baton pass.... u got no postive move effect to pass it over to.....

Mean look is to lock Foe's Pokemon in battle field, so they cant switch out, also that, baton passs also count on speed, if he use the pokemon switch, it will be the first priority.

If you use Mean Look and then switch out, the opponent can as well. But if you use mean look and then baton pass to one of your other pokemon, your opponent is still unable to switch out.

I was thinking about changing Manetric to a Surfing Raichu or something, and making Politoed a Milotic.

Thats fine, but think about it.

People would start of with Umbreon, use Mean look and then switch to any of their remaining pokes that counters the pokemon they mean looked and start boosting their stats for a easy sweep. way too easy
