dusknoir requires pain split over night shade
metagross is slow so agility is a no-go quick claw people may have clauses against
arcanine i reli wouldn't give it w-o-w
starmie its pretty obvisous it should be something like this for moves
moves:
t-bolt
surf
recover
psychic/ice beam
That was it thunderbolt, agh couldn't remeber it. Agility Metagross is aparantly amazing, it's a really strong phsyical sweeper. Arcanine i came up with in about 2 mins, it's the highest base stats of all non uber pokemon except: dragonite, metagross, salamance, tyranitar and garchomp. Thanks for the advice though.
Nice Electivire though one change is no Fire Punch, Thunderpunch, though fire may help with ice attacks, thoug thunder will be able to take out those water pokemon that will finish you wish both ice as well as Water.
thunderbolt i need a team to join can i join your team.

Woah woah Andayt...
Are you suggesting no Agility on Metagross!? Even though Aggiligross is one of the most potent pokemon out there?!
My advice: Keep Agility, lose the quick claw. You won't be needing it. The only thing that outruns Metagross after agility are Scarfed pokemon, plus people hate quick claws anyway.
Also, I don't know if it has been edited, but keep Starmie how it is, you're using it as a rapid spinner, which is fine, no need to have four attacks (unless you give it Choice specs and make it a Sp.Sweeper)
The rest of your team looks pretty sound at first glance.
Ninjask makes a fine baton passer, try to predict when they attack and use protect, otherwise just stat up, Ninjask won't take too many attacks, try
Protect
Swords Dance
X-Scissor
and something else that I can't remember off the top of my head....
Remember Roost makes Skarmory vulnerable to EQ, so try to predict EQ's...
And that's pretty much it...
for now

Skarmory isn't vunerable to EQ because it's flying type anng303 what are you talking about. Starmie was going to be a rapid spinner/ special sweeper. Thanks 4 the advice about Ninjask.
Was the move agility, Also if I use U-Turn will the stat boosts remain and not go when you usually change pokemon. Does Anyone know? Also if I keep ninjask in play and don't boost his speed with agility, but it gets boosted by his ability, then I use baton pass, does the pokemon comeing in get the speed boost like if I had used agility instead or does it only apply to Ninjask.
Skarmory is vulnerable to EQ if it roosts. Roost effectively removes the flying type for one turn, basically, it loses all flying types weaknesses, and resistances, while gaining 50% health. I expected better of you Fish-E
I am pretty sure U-turn does not pass boosts, but don't take my word for it, I'm not 100% sure.
Ninjask passes his speed boost. Don't bother with Agility on Ninjask, it's a wasted move slot.
Btw, do not let that Starmie moveset fool you. It is
nota special sweeper. It does not sweep, don't expect it to. As a rapid spinner, you will need to invest EV's into HP or some defense, so you can be able to recover. A sweeping Starmie focuses on hitting hard, and most importantly, not getting hit back, and Spin Starmie will get hit.
my metagross doesnt have agility but it still pwns big time
